The Iliada Beach Hotel is a family-run hotel complex located on the beach of the village of Gouvia, a very well known summer resort at a distance of 7 Km. north of Corfu town. Its name comes from the title of the ancient Greek epic poem of Homer, worldwide known as Iliad. The hotel was built in 1982, has a total of 54 rooms and its two buildings are surrounded by colourful flower gardens. The love of the owners for the Corfiot tradition is revealed mostly by the way the public sectors of the hotel are built, using stone and traditional bricks, as well as from the general colour selection such as white, burgundy, cypress green and beige. Furthermore, almost all decorative items have a direct connection to the tradition and local life. The Iliada Beach Hotel has two entrances. From the main entrance, one has direct access to the white pebble beach, which is located just in front of the hotel, and the other one leads to the heart of the village. You will see only smiling faces and hospitable people. In the Main Restaurant, you may taste Corfiot specialties, Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. The comfortable and friendly atmosphere as well as the experienced staff ensures you a memorable holiday.

Iliada Beach Hotel is open during the Orthodox Easter holidays and for the period from June till September. The hotel can also open ahead or after schedule in case of a group request.

Our hotel offers bed and breakfast, half board or full board accommodation according to the preference of each individual guest or group.

As the hotel is close to the Marina of Gouvia, it is very practical for the people who rent a sailing boat and would like to spend a night or more in a hotel or enjoy a nice meal in a friendly environment.

Iliada Beach Hotel is fairly quiet althought it is located in the center of Gouvia. It is linked with public buses to Corfu town and also to the wonderful beaches of northern Corfu.
